Daniel Raun
Daniel Raun’s practice covers M&A and capital market transactions. He also advises on corporate and securities laws, including Corporate Governance.
A specific focus of Daniel’s work is on advising foreign and domestic companies as well as private equity, venture capital and other investors on acquisitions and disposals, investments, joint ventures and other M&A transactions.
Daniel’s expertise also includes advising banks and issuers on capital market transactions, including IPOs, capital increases and debt and hybrid capital instrument as well as other transactions.
In addition, Daniel advises on corporate and securities laws, on aspects of Corporate Governance as well as in connection with bonus and equity plans and contracts with executive management.
