Sharon Spring, LL.M.

Sharon’s practice focuses on employment law and civil procedural law. With many years of experience both in private practice and as in-house counsel for a leading global company, she combines technical expertise with a pragmatic understanding of business needs. Sharon advises and represents national and international companies and senior executives on the full spectrum of employment-related matters and supports HR, legal departments and management on complex projects, compliance initiatives, and workplace investigations.
Her expertise covers all aspects of individual and collective employment law, including the drafting of employment contracts, compensation and incentive plans, remuneration reports, advising in works council matters, pay transparency, terminations, enforcement of post-contractual restrictions, staff reductions, mass dismissals, restructuring, workplace safety, data protection, and cross-border mobility. Sharon also has significant experience in high-profile employment disputes and internal investigations.
Sharon is also an experienced lecturer, has published various articles on employment law topics and is regularly invited to speak on these topics. In 2023, Sharon was shortlisted for the European Counsel Award in Employment Law by Lexology in association with the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).
