Dr. Philip Frey-Felder consults companies and individuals in Swiss national and international tax matters. His main areas of expertise include VAT consulting and planning, corporate restructuring as well as merger and acquisitions. Moreover, he consults companies in complex OECD Minimum Tax and Swiss Top-up Tax matters.
Dr. Philip Frey-Felder is a member of the Specialist Committee on Indirect taxes of EXPERTSuisse.
