Dr. Céline Martin

Céline Martin advises corporates, listed companies and entrepreneurs on domestic and international tax law. She is highly experienced in complex investment and financing structures and regular advises clients on matters of structuring, transactions and strategic tax planning, including generational transition and long-term stewardship.

She is particularly recognized for her expertise in cross-border contracts and intra-group relationships, including transfer pricing matters, combining technical precision with commercial insight.

Céline regularly represents clients in proceedings before tax authorities, including MAP and APA procedures as well as appeals on all court levels. As an expert judge at a cantonal supreme court, she brings a distinctive judicial perspective to her work.
